1. To Become Player of Thunders
1.1. Please send an email to cricinus@gmail.com or mm_anand@yahoo.com (Anand) or sanju_vg@yahoo.com (Sanjai) or kalyan.tangirala@gmail.com (Kalyan).
1.2. On the acceptance, the new player has to attend the next practice session and prove his fitness and talent. Please visit Thunders website http://cricinus.com/ for practice schedules and venues.
1.3. On the selection, the new player
1.3.1. Has to share his contact details (email and mobile number) with Thunders.
1.3.2. Need not to pay any membership fees.
1.3.3. Has to pay and get Thunders Jersey and advised to participate in the matches with Thunders Jersey.
1.3.4. Has to pay Cricket kit expense (Bat, Ball, Gloves, Wickets and other accessories) once in a year or once in two years or when it is needed (may be once in 3 or 4 years).
1.3.5. Has to pay match expense (Tournament Entrance Fee, Refreshment and Other costs). This match expense has to be paid for each season (Spring and Fall) in upfront. However this expense will be calculated and charged only for the matches played by the player.
1.3.6. Need to Sign WMCL (Washington Metro Cricket League) Waiver Insurance Form to play the tournaments conducted by WMCL.
1.4. Players will be not allowed to play any match unless the player met the terms and conditions described in section 1.3.
1.5. Becoming a player for Thunders will not guarantee of playing matches for all the time.
1.6. Have to attend all practice sessions, Present for the full scheduled practice time(should not leave in the middle), Participate more in fielding(should not do only batting or bowling), Share all works in practices and matches(place and collect wickets, cones and other team properties like bat, ball, gloves, water bottles).
2. Practice
2.1. Practice session will be held on every Wednesday (subject to changeable depending upon weather and ground availability) of every week.

2.3. An email notification will be sent to all active players of Thunders for each practice session.
2.4. All players have to participate in the practice sessions; failing which will impact the player’s selection for the next upcoming match.
2.5. Attending practice session will not guarantee of playing the next upcoming match for Thunders.
3. Additional Kits
Players have to bring their own helmet, any guard, batting gloves and pads or wicket keeping pads if needed for practice as well as match. Thunders are responsible only for providing bat, ball and wicket keeping pads.
4. Commute
4.1. Players have to make their own arrangements to commute for practice sessions and matches.
4.2. However, Thunders will help to identify the convenient and possible commute option for a player if required; by asking the closest neighbor player to pick if that player is interested.
5. Matches
5.1. Thunders will be playing a match on every week end either on Saturday or Sunday with any available team.
5.2. Thunders will be participating WMCL (Washington Metro Cricket League) as well as VLCCL (Loudoun County Cricket League) Spring and Fall tournaments on every year.

5.4. Thunders give equal opportunity and chance to every player based on their performance, fitness, commitment and dedication shown to practice as well as match.
5.5. Thunders pleased to welcome every player to send their comments, suggestions and improvements to cricinus@googlegroups.com.
5.6. Any comments, suggestions and improvements regarding the next upcoming game have to be sent any time after the last game played and before the team selection (10AM of Thursday).
5.7. Thunders will consider all comments, suggestions and improvements provided by the each player and will select the playing 11 for the next upcoming game.
5.8. Thunders captain will send an email about the week end match with all details of batting, bowling and fielding strategy, batting and bowling line-up with back-up options(if any bowler fails) and fielding strategy with positions on or before Thursday evening.
5.9. Any decision on the match will be taken ONLY by the Captain with the help of vice-captain (if required) and senior players (if required). All players have to obey and respect the Captain’s decision on the field.
6. Captain
Thunders follows rotating policy of Captaincy between any of these three captains: Sanjai or Anand or Kalyan (Each person will lead the Thunders for one season alternatively).
7. Treasurer
7.1. Contact Thunders Treasurer Karthik to update the contact details and pay the expenses described in section 1.3. He can be reached at ksutharsanam@gmail.com.
7.2. All expenses of Thunders will be shared (google document) by Karthik with all active members of Thunders.

9. Discontinue
9.1. Thunders Captain and Treasurer have to be informed when a player decided not to be part of Thunders anymore.
9.2. The player has to surrender cricket kit or any other property of Thunders if any, to Anand before the player discontinues.
